OnePlus has rolled out the first software update to the OnePlus Watch. The update brings version B.40 to the smartwatch and comes with multiple feature improvements. For example, it improves the GPS performance of the device and optimizes notification syncing algorithms.
The update is currently available for smartwatch owners in the US and Canada. OnePlus says that it will soon be made available in other countries as well.

The update was announced via a post in the OnePlus Community forum. In the post, the company also mentioned some of the features that it is currently working on which will be rolled out with future updates.
OnePlus will add an always-on display feature to the OnePlus Watch with the future updates. It will also add remote camera control of Android smartphones from OnePlus Watch. The feature will be available for Android phones running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and above.
OnePlus will also add 12-hour time format and 4 new languages that include German, Italian, Spanish, and Polish. It will also enable all 110+ workout modes as well as AI watch face on the OnePlus Watch in the future.
