Moto G40 goes on sale in India today: Price, features and more


Moto G40 phone is set to go on sale in India. The smartphone is available on the e-commerce site Flipkart from May 1. It is a budget category phone that comes powered by Snapdragon 732G processor and is equipped with a 64MP quad-camera.
Price and offers
Moto G40 has two RAM models- 4GB and 6GB. The former is priced at Rs 13,999, while the latter variant costs Rs 15,999.
As part of the introductory offers, buyers can get an instant discount of Rs 1,000 on purchases made using ICICI Bank credit card. The offer will also be applicable on the EMI purchase of the phone using ICICI Bank debit and credit cards.
Moto G40: Specifications
Moto G40 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 732 SoC and runs on My UX-based Android 11 operating system. The smartphone is equipped with a 6.8-inch Max Vision FHD+ display. The phone’s display has a refresh rate of 120Hz and comes with HDR 10 support.
The handset offers up to 128GB storage capacity. The phone’s storage can be expanded up to 1TB using a microSD card. Moto G40 houses a 6000mAh battery and offers TurboPower 20 charging support.
For imaging duties, the smartphone boasts of a 64 MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor and a 2MP depth camera. At the front, the handset boasts of a 16MP camera at the front in a punch-hole camera cut out. Dynamic Gray and Frosted Champagne are the two colour variant of the phone.
